Hello, I use Windows 7 and use Firefox/Interner Explorer. I recently clicked on a picture on Google Image which cause Avira to catch HTML/FakeAV.AU. It led to a window with a fake antivirus scanner and another to download a file. I ran Malwarebytes and superantispyware:

The next time I restarted the computer, startup was slow, the task menu appeared but the desktop didn't instantly pop up like usual. Running an ESET scan at the moment.
Thank you in advance for your help.
