Being that virus removal is ~30% of my business, I would like to learn more about the tools and 'non-documented' functionality behind them.
95% of my malware removal services are successful/clean without a win reinstall, however that other 5% is just annoying and a time killer and I would like to learn how to drop 5% down to 1-2%.
I really enjoy virus removal and would possibly consider working on a forum like this just for extracurricular knowledge on the new threats coming out. Can anyone direct me to some guides on the different tools, or the process in becoming a "malware expert"?
