This just began after visiting a web page, but not after a download (if that matters). also, i added text to the file name of my dds and attach texts just so i could find them easier on my desktop.
Thanks again for any help. Also, i noticed in another thread, the bleeping computer mod asked the user to uninstall/reinstall firefox. if i am asked to do this, please explain to me how i can access the internet after uninstalling the browser. again, i am an idiot when it comes to computers...apologies in advance!
