A Minnesota school district is sued by a 12-year-old girl who claims that the school pressured her to give up her Facebook password. But, wait, the minimum age on Facebook is 13.

IMHO, This child, tho under age to have a FaceBook account, DID have the permission of a consenting adult,
her mom...This school didn't have the right to use "Strong Arm Tactics" to gain access to her private information..PEROID!

I've seen this before(Not this particular article)....Where the school, place of employment, ect used these tactic's ,they don't have that right!

Whatever happened to "The Privacy Act"??
