So when my wife tries to access Amazon on her laptop, she cannot access it using Chrome, Opera or IE. She can access it via Firefox, but would definitely prefer to use Chrome. I have run Malwarebytes, ESET online virus scan and CCleaner to no avail. I have also checked the host file to make sure there was no redirection. When using Chrome or Opera, it just comes to a blank page. In IE it asks to diagnose network connection. Anyone have any idea how I can get this to work?
