Hello again,sorry to be so much trouble.I bought a copy of MS Office Pro 32 bit.I have decided to give it to my Grandson.He has a Dell desktop with Windows7 64 bit.I have checked the Microsoft website and they say it will work.
Would that be a true statement,Tony.

Yes, 2003 will work fine also install sp3 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8 for office.
