catchme.log and tcpip.reg virus removal

I'm an old computer tech and have had some recent trouble trying to remove 2 different root kits that won't go away.
I usually use AVG with the Combination of a few other tools such as Malwarebytes to help detect and remove viruses on machines.
In this case I installed Avira after removing AVG with the Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode, with no satisfactory results.
I then uninstalled Avira with Revo again and replaced it with Avast and set it to super high detection modes in all areas.
I disabled Avast and Adaware so I could check it out with Combofix witch I tried many fresh versions with all the same results.
I finally went to the registry and tried to remove every "catchme" file with the same results.
I need help with these 2 root kits (cathme.log and tcpip.reg). Any recommendations anyone?

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get.
