HJT tutorials

In working on my exercises, I came across a couple of points that I thought might be worth mentioning about the HJT tutorial. If it's not worth changing, no problem!

There is no example of the HJT header shown for reference.
It might also be nice, with such an example, to have a key for the boot modes. I found myself confused about that...more than once
The tut still suggests Spybot and Ad-aware. I've been advised that these are no longer the AS programs of choice, so I thought I should point that out.

It is otherwise an excellent tutorial! Thank you!
