iphone pictures

Hi,

I have an iphone 4. A small screen used to automatically pop up when I plugged phone into computer to ask if I wanted to transfer my new photos. It does not ask me anymore, and I can't figure out how to get them transferred or re-set the settings so it does ask. Any advice welcomed....Thanks a bunch, Kristen
