Those are very sketchy details. Was it a torrent video, a specific video, a porn video, or don't you remember what you were even watching ??
If you are concerned about it being an infection, maybe you could post in the Am I Infected area of the forum.

Sorry for the "heavy questions" at the start, but now with some details we can try to help further.
Please visit the site linked below and follow the directions to check your copy of Windows7.
EDIT -Method 3 is always a good quick way to check -
As you purchased it used, these checks should usually be done early to make sure it is a genuine version. Not your fault if you got ripped
Some videos do come with advertising inserted and these should be checked with your Antivirus and a scan with Malwarebytes or SUPERAntiSpyware.
