Major bump, I would give anything to have Bleeping Computer on my Android :D
I asked the Tapatalk forums about the requirements; one guy said the forum owner only has to install this plugin.
Computer help forums are valuable tools for me to have around, I'm always having problems. To have access to BC via mobile device, would be a very valuable tool for me to have around.. especially in an emergency such as a BSOD or virus ;D
