AOL 9.6 browser.

Suddenly, my computer is running really slow, when using the AOL 9.6 browser. Someone told me that this problem is not uncommon; and, downgrading to the AOL 9.5 version will cure this. However, I can't seem to do that because I understand that AOL's 9.5 Version is no longer available for download. Does anyone know of any other options to cure this very sluggardly computer? Thanks in advance.
