Just got an email that DarkSpore, a upcoming action rpg from Maxis, is now in open beta and free to play for everyone. For those who are interested, you can download the game client at this url.

I love RPG games have ever since I first played The legend of Zelda on the NES. :wub:

Although I am 51, going on 52, I feel the kid in me will never grow old! :rolleyes:

Just want to add, this is a big download if you decide to have it fully installed on your computer system, the file is 5.2 GB and will take some time to download. :thumbup2:

This is the first time a RPG game that looks interesting with the nice detailed graphics. I just started downloading it and it already says 43 minutes left and downloading at about 2.4 MB/Sec :thumbsup:
