If you are referring to "Net Protector AntiVirus 2010" it is a Rogue Antispyware software.

You have a few choices?:

You can do a Google search for "Remove Net Protector AntiVirus 2010", as there are several websites that claim to help remove it.

or

Ask for help removing it in one of the Bleeping Computer Forums set aside for that purpose.
