Print Spooler Problem

Have spent hours but am unable to find the culprit
Any help would be appreciated

First let me say welcome to Bleeping Computer. With the limited amount of information you've given in regards to your problem. I wasn't able to really narrow down the problem. However, I did find a Microsoft KB article here, which addresses a spooler problem. If the KB article doesn't resolve your problem, please post back with more specific error information and we will try to help you.

System operation is fine until attempting to install the HP Laserjet USB printer, error shows up and the printer install is terminated. Ran just about everyuthing I have access to spyware wise to no avail.
Spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and needs to close.
The specifics reported in the report to windows is:
