Hello everyone,

This is my very first time to this forum and I am really hoping to get some great help.

Here is what's happening:

In any and all of my browsers Firefox/Explorer/Safari I get redirected and or hung up on pages at no particular time.

Redirects happen sometimes when I click on a google search and sometimes even if I type a url in myself.
Once redirect takes me to some random WordsLife site. The other opens up a fake antivirus site telling me that my computer is infected. Of course I cancel everything and try again.

The other issue is when I go to a random site the web page will hang... While this is happening I notice the Google-analytics in the left corner trying to load.

Now, if I disable Javascript I notice the problems seem to go away... but then all the sites I need to get to utilize Javascript...

I have run SuperAntispyware, TrendMicro's online scanner, MalwareBytes and Another Freeware AV program. SuperAntispyware was the only one that found a bunch of tracking cookies... but that's all. Ran ComboFix - I know .. I should have waited... but I did it before reading these posts.

Checked my hosts file and there are no new entries.

I'm running Windows 7

Please help !!

Thank you.

Hello, having run CFix we need to make a new topic and include that log to see what it has done.

We need a deeper look. Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
Include the ComboFix log.
If Gmer won't run, skip it and move on.

Let me know if that went well.

I have that same problem. Wordsoflife.com comes up alot and the screen where it says you have virus' golore on your hard drive then starts running a program. Computer is slow and even when I use my mouse while on the internet, it takes me to another site (results.com,etc). Help! I've tried the combofix, smithfix, malwarebytes, webroot, you name it!
