when cleaning up and compacting my C:\ drive this weekend I ended up with list of files that couldn't be deleted or moved.

They are in the root directory are called pgbleach.1 thru 29 and each is 1 Gb

Doing a directory search of all files they seem to be hidden even from DOS

What are these files and if i can delete them how do I?

Thanks

Rod

What program did you use for your cleaning effort?

In any case, they seem to be deleteable, one at a time, using the right-click.
