After encountering this program I managed to scan my PC with Malwarebytes twice. First I scanned right after getting this Rogue for the first time, then I restarted looked through my processes for an unusual process and I found something with a very weird name that I don't recall now. I scanned again with Malwarebytes and found some files related to this and fixed them then restarted again. After this the Rogue didn't start up automatically so I was able to open firefox and search around for a fix and found that a system restore was able to fix it so I did. The Rogue doesn't show up again and the process is gone. Also I tried scanning for this using the guide to remove it in this site and found nothing.
After all that I noticed that I could not use Google Chrome at all, every time I started it I would get an error related to the tab opened or Chrome would just not load even the fast travel boxes at start up. I uninstalled and installed again and I keep getting the same problem so now I just uninstalled it since it seems that it just won't work anymore.
After that I noticed that Firefox opens random links to advertisements in new tabs from time to time. It is not that bad but it is really annoying.
I tried using gmer.exe as directed but it seems to just freeze my PC completely when I try to save the log and have to restart manually so I could not save a log. I attached a Hijackthis log instead and I hope it'll help.
Thank you in advance.
