I am trying to help out my sister and brother-in-law with their home computer. I have run malwarebytes and gotten rid of everything it found. I am still getting this shop to win popup and the malwarebytes scan found several vundo viruses. I understand those are really hard to get rid of and am not confident they are gone. I am in town only for a brief time and don't have a lot of time to devote to helping them as my father is in the hospital and in pretty bad shape so I am asking the experts if the hijackthis log shows anything I should be alarmed by or get rid of. This computer is running XP professional. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Also, I am thinking I should delete the restore point. Goof idea? Thanks again.
Dave
