Ask Toolbar.msi Removal

I cannot remove the Ask toolbar. I removed it thru add/remove but itís stopping me with error code: error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read file C:\windows\installer\asktoolbar.msi
Cannot reinstall because it tells me it is already installed.
Any help?

This site from Fred deVires has the propper uninstallers for most toolbars as well as antivirus programs -

Try this: Revo Uninstaller

I did download the Revo uninstaller but it still didnt work.

I will try this out and get back to you to see if it works. Thxs
