Hi there
I downloaded a "trial" version anti-porn software by a company called tuEagles. However, it stops us viewing even the most innocent of web pages.
I've tried to uninstall, but it keeps asking for a password, but the password we set, doesnt work.
We've searched the program files and removed them, removed the registry files, run a variety of antispy and malware software, including malwarebytes, but to no avail.
The PC is virtually unusable, so I e.mailed the support for the website, which just sent a new "unusable" password, through Just answer.com.
I'm getting desperate, so if anyone can help, I'd be eternally grateful.
Thanks for reading
Regards
Annie
