Sorry, the title isn't completely what the message was, but after ya'll helped me save my computer yesterday, I ran a full avast scan last night. When I got up this morning, there were ~12 IE8 windows open with something similar to the title message in the address bar. Avast's scan found a bunch of trojan'd exes (AIM, Quicktime, etc.) that I'm assuming I will need to complete fresh reinstalls of, but I wasn't sure if there was something else I had that would open windows like that. I've run MBAM a few times and had that catch a bunch of things - should I try and run it again?

Oh, and on start-up, there is a DOS-like screen running an exe that has never come up before, generally either (ntvdm.exe) or (apples~4.exe) or both - what is that?

Thanks for everyone's help!
