Hi and welcome to Bleeping.

Step 1

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite from here.
Install it and update the program with the latest definitions and then close it without running a scan.
We'll use it in Safe Mode.

Please download Nailfix from here.
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Step 2

Click Start | Run and type cmd and then OK.
At the cmd prompt, type sc stop Zesoft and press Enter.
Then type sc delete Zesoft and press Enter.
Type exit to exit the cmd prompt.

Step 3

Reboot into Safe Mode and double-click Nailfix.cmd.
A window should open and close very quickly (this is normal).

Step 4

Then please run Ewido security suite, and perform a full system scan.
Remove anything found, and save the logfile from the scan, I'll ask you to post it here for me later.

Step 5

Then click on Start | Run and type cleanmgr into the run box.
Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files and Recycle Bin ONLY are checkmarked and click 'OK'.
Then click on Start | Run, and type %temp% and press the ok button.
This will open up the temp directory that your machine uses.
Please delete all files that are found there.

Step 6

Run HijackThis again and place a check before the following entries (if still present):

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lyllao] c:\windows\system32\vesxxs.exe
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/17bbc2bd96ec8f...ip/RdxIE601.cab

Close ALL OPEN WINDOWS except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Step 7

Restart your computer in normal mode and post a fresh HijackThis log and Ewido log.

Is there any reason why you don't have an Anti-Virus program or standalone firewall installed? Are you behind a router?

Nearly there Andrew.

Click Start | Run and type cmd and then OK.
At the cmd prompt, type sc stop SvcProc and press Enter.
Then type sc delete SvcProc and press Enter.
Type exit to exit the cmd prompt.

Run HijackThis again and remove this entry if still present:

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe (file missing)

Reboot and post a fresh log.

It looks like Ewido did the job so no need to post the log.

That's all clean now.

One question....are you behind a router? You have no anti-virus or firewall software installed.....
