I prefer my screen resolution at 800x600-I need large in order to easily see what is on the screen.
My son-in-law prefers 1024x768.
Right now, when he uses the computer he changes the resolution, when I use it I change it back to what I prefer.
Changing it applies system wide. I want to know if there is a way to set the resolution to be specific to each user account without having each of us change it each time one of us uses the computer.

Use this >> Per User Display

I wrote the following instructions just in case because it was a trial & error to get it to work.

Extract the folder & place it in your C: Drive folder (or whatever default folder is). Right click/copy on the exe & go to Start > All Programs right click on Startup > Open All Users, or open C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup & Paste the exe there. No need to select Paste Shortcut.

You can also use a Firefox add-on called NoSquint. It is very simple to use and remembers the individual settings of each site you visit. I am nearing 60 now and my eyes aren't what they used to be and I have found NoSquint to be a godsend.
