ok when i click on a icon on the desktop a command prompt window comes up.. i cant even right click the icon to open it either.. ther just aint no way of opening it.. unless i reinstal the program.. but some programs cant be uninstalled lol if anyone could help it would be very nice :D and ill post a screen shot of the box thingy im talking about if i find out how to

hey
Sometimes when i left click my mouse, for no reason the right buttons menu appears under the pointer. It doesnt matter where I click. Mine goes away however when the computer is restarted. Can you use your keyboard to navigate your computer? Or is everything locked.
If it is the later it would seem like a malware issue

Sounds like your file type associations are messed up. Give this a read:

Also you're going to need to find out what caused the problem in the first place.
