Hello, I am a new member and I have the McAfee security suite and windows xp. I am hopeless on computers but learning! I recently could not get on the internet and had a sporder dll window displaying. I phoned McAfee and just got a £1 a minute phone line after 3 attempts. I then phoned aol and did speak to an It person, somewhere in India and really found it difficult to understand him ( I am not racially predudiced at all , I would say the same for a scottish person if I could not understand them!) this was unsuccessful, so I phoned a local IT specialist and he uninstalled McAffee and reinstalled the McAfee suite and my system was all restored. I then went on the internet, no problems. That was last Friday. Then today, Sunday July 8th I got the sporder dll window again. I have managed to do the uninstall and install McAffee and I am now on the internet again. BUT I would like to know where the problem is and why does this sporder window keep reoccuring? Is there a virus coming into my computer and is all the information on my computer safe?

Please could you help me?
Thank you
