Full Version: Removal Of Drivecleaner (need Help)

Having a issue(MAJOR ONE) with Drivecleaner and its associated Junk , can anyone tell me if this is a hard issue to resolve and what mightbe the best method of doing so, any help would be greatly appreciated I am going insane !!!!! wacko.gif

to add to this , I have used Norton's 2007 to no avail, it keeps telling me my system is safe and clean..heh its not , i Also followed so far the instructions from this site starting with , Ad Ware (Lavasoft) , doing a full scan untill it found nothing, then on to Spy Bot , doing the same and Immunizing system after the run, .... next was Housecall, which also did a full scan , then on to Mcaffee Stinger

After this followed intrusctions to firewall on/off , windows update , which there were none , only thing left to do is the Hijack THis , then post a log ,

But i guess my question is more so of Is it better to take my machine in let a pro deal with it or in the end is it a easy enough situation to try to resolve on my own ??

I know long post but just looking for some feedback
