I have just purchased, online, the Norton 360 Anti Virus protection program and have had hours of one to one help from their support team but no one has been able to give me the answer to why my computer starts up with Auto-Protect on then after about five minutes it turns itself off - I have been through all the checking proceedures and even uninstalled the program then reinstalled it. When trying to change the settings in advance settings I check the box for protection but always find this box unchecked when returning to advance settings.
Please post the solution to this if you know the answer....................................
