Hi -Pretty new to this and not that computer literate but the real problem is this.

the avg free anti virus software picks up the same trojan virus time and time again.

it's TrojanPSWgeneric2NMH.

Is it being backed up copied or what?

any ideas?

Where does AVG say the trojan is located? If it is only in the Restore files let us know.
Otherwise, follow the directions below.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
