Im new here...excuse me all of you for making any mistakes coz i don't understand this forum pretty well. I got a problem with my pc . I can't open any folder on my desktop. even my computer from the start menu can't be opened. it juz like refreshing the sreen and then the screen become empty for few seconds and thing gets normal again. but the folder still didn't open. When I dbl click to open from desktop, all icons and taskbar disappear for a few seconds and then reappear
Can somebody help me please..... I need your help
