Hi. I just purchased a refurbished laptop with Windows 2000 Professional installed. It powers up and goes through a couple of steps and leads me to a screen that instructs me to press control, alt. delete. I've done this a couple of times (pressed control, alt delete) and nothing happens. I've rebooted and tried again with the same results. Does anybody have any suggestions of what I should do? Thanks.
