I run System Mechanic V6 to tune my computer. I believe it has a module called popupblocker.exe to do just that. It is described in the program overview and located in my C:\Program Files\iolo\System Mechanic 6 folder. I run Grisoft AVG daily and have tested clean for years. I connect to the inet via router and use Zone Alarm firewall. Is this info helpful for your startup database? You show it as "Added by a variant of the WIN32.RBOT WORM"

The Popupblocker.exe files that we are referring to as infections are located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. They are different files.
