I just removed Norton Security 2006 from my computer and no longer have anti-spam protection for my e mail account.

Could someone please recommend a anti-spam program that I can download ?

I don't really have any preferences on them, they work differently to each other and have different uses,
my advice would be to go through them and see which one suits your needs.
