hi all

ive got an old comp with windows me on it that kids use to play games on.

my problem is that for some reason we cant install games on it,the install shield loads and goes through its setup ie: choose destination folder / then click next typical load then click next should go off and load but nothing happens any ideas much appreciated

Run the Disk Cleanup utility (start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup) and remove everything. Then try to reinstall the games.

hi tried your suggestion but still no joy

Is this just happening with games, or does this happen if you attempt to install any application? Are you installing from the original game disk? How much free space do you have on the hard drive?

hi all disks originals i've plenty disc space as for downloading apps its an old pc and don't have it connected to the internet

Are these new games?
Does your system meet the minimum requirements, for the games?

these games are old games and some off them ive had on the comp before
