I recently unzipped a file using WinZip and the results were placed in a file called "C:\unzipped." When I opened "My Computer" and looked in the "C:\" directory, there was no file called "unzipped." However, when I used "Start > Search > For Files or Folders..." to look for anything called "unzipped," I found it immediately. When I clicked on it to see the contents, it contained the files I had unzipped. Can anyone tell me why I can find this folder one way but not another?
I'm using Windows 2000 with only one user (me) who has administrator priviledges.
