Hello I am new to this site and am in desperate need of someones help. I recently had my computer fixed and things seem worse. I am currently going through step by step on my own. I am getting extremely frustrated.

When I go to my control panel I am unable to load anything from there. Its giving me message that states windows cannot find rundll. Please help

What did you recently "have fixed"?
