I have an emachine T3624 running on windows xp home edition. recently I found that I cannot sign into hotmail. I tried using norton internet security 2007 but it is not allowing me to configure it. I am getting an error 3019,7 which says I need to resolve those issues but when I click to resolve the issues nothing happpens. I tried mcafee but it doesnt work either.
any help here will be greatly appreciated.

As far as the Hotmail problem being related, I don't know. I do know that when I tried to use the Beta version of Hotmail I had connection problems like a lot of others. The solution was to go back to the old version.
