I have a Sony Vaio - When I boot it up I get no picture at all - I can feel the hard drive vibrate when it is booting - Does anyone know a way to tell if it's the hard drive, screen or some other problem.

Is this computer a laptop or a desktop?

do you hear any beeps or see any lights ie. keyboard light up? and are your fans on the motherboard running? and yea, laptop or desktop would be helpful
