If so, BleepingComputer is offering you the chance to do just that by learning how to fight malware. The need for helpers to offer their expertise on the internet is greater than ever. The advancement and spread of malware means more people are being infected daily with newer and more difficult malware variants.

We will provide you with the knowledge and tools to perform repairs on infected systems, and most importantly to learn the ins and outs of the HijackThis program. You will use practice logs to learn how to fix the malware a user may have, but also to gain experience in helping others.

You will start as a HJT Trainee; but after completing various practice logs and tasks you will be moved up to a HJT Senior Classmen when you show proficiency in working the logs. Finally, when you have demonstrated the ability to answer live logs correctly, we will promote you to a HJT Team member. If you would like to take part in this interesting and exciting program use the link at the bottom of this post.

Don't be put off, we will go at your pace and even absolute beginners can give it a go. Also you are under no obligation to complete the training - if it does not suit your needs then you can drop out at any time.

If you click on the link provided, you will read that the training school is temporarily full. As students are "promoted" new seats are available. Bookmark the admission link and check it once a week. You might want to do preparation by reading some of the appropriate Tutorials (especially the one about HighjackThis!), and read through some of the threads in the "Am I Infected? Forum.

Currently there are no open slots available once we start getting through the applicants over the next few days a couple may open

Net_Surfer The advice below which was posted by jgweed, is the best advice to follow. We do not have the time or resources to contact those who want to join the trainee program. We do it on a first come first serve basis. So it would behoove you to read all the material you can and check back often to see if space has opened up.

After I click the admission link, a message told me to log in first, and then return to this page to fill out the admission form, but after I log in and return to this page, I don't see any admission form, and when I click the admission link again, it said "no slot is available right now", Why is that? I'm confused any instruction would be grateful.

What is a passcode and how do you get it?

I don't think theres any passcode you just have to answer the question and after a few days they'll reply back saying that you are accepted!

How can i get a passcode to get into the traning program? i would love to learn alot more about removing malware and spyware. It would help me at work ... im sure this is a question that is always asked but will there be more slots opened up anytime soon?

I am good with Hijackthis, and know Registry basic. Is there any slot for me? ;)

I am very interested in learning about spyware removal using the HJT program. I have been using programs like Ad- Aware, Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes, Super Antispyware, Spywareblaster and CWshredder. I hope that I am afforded the opportunity to do so. If there is any information that you need please contact me.

i realise some of you's (lotsof you's) have passed good on ya's

but i have a questian because i live in australia will i need to wait a day to get an anwser for anything

For people trying to apply continue to check back every day or 2 some slots will open up.

I'm not sure where you live in Australia because if you live on the West Coast you are about 8 hours ahead of me or 11 hours on the East Coast. Some HJT Coaches are in USA so you would probably not have to wait a Day to get a Reply but some are in Europe so you might have to wait a Day for them.

Yes you have to be Patient when waiting to join the Training Program the HJT can only take a few in at a time, It won't happen in 3 days. Just continue to check back every Day or 2 and you will get your chance when a couple of slots are open.

Jonathan, you must have been unlucky then at the times when you checked because in this Last Month alone I think I've seen 6-10 People Join (Including myself), Obviously more in the 2 months before I joined.

i hope i can join soon, i know how to read hijackthis logs and the registry and im already helping somebody so if i can get a pass or get in soon that will be sweet! :D

I suggest the admins implement a "waiting tickets "system instead of playing poker slots to gain admission.

Patience Is A Virtue, But I will give a Heads up and say 3 People have been promoted from the Sophomore Class to the Junior Class Yesterday and Today so there should be 3 Spots available soon enough I can't say much more than that because I don't know when they will be available if any.
