When ever i start up my computer I get this message, Every thing still works but its really anoying.

This may be the result of an incompatable Program, File table corruption, or Defective RAM.

Those are the most likely causes, however there are many others including a poorly written program, or a bad registry hive.

In lamens terms, back-up your OS and restore it. If that's too much work, then go to a restore point or remove recently installed Software. if none of these attempts is succesful, bring your machine in for servicing.
