When I select a JPG file or any other picture hit the right mouse key and select "email to mail recipient" a box would appear and allow me to reduce the file size before emailing. It no longer comes up and allows me to do this. Have I deactivate something - how do I turn this feature back on.

It would help our Members to understand your problem if you tell us what application you are using to do this. Does the option not appear on the drop-down menu?
