I used to have Kazaa installed on my computer. Whenever I would use it, wild tangent would take over my computer. I was able to get rid of it once before, but I can't this time. I get the same message everytime I log on under my name. (I have windows xp, and whenever a user signs on under their name, they get the same message, even when we aren't online.)
RUNDLL
error loading c:\programfiles\wildtangent\apps\cda\cdaengine.0400.dll
Please help me get rid of this!
Mod Edit: I have moved this to the more appropriate Forum. Where it can receive the attention it deserves.

Hi gmoney.
I just provided this fix to a user over at spyware Warrior forums, it worked like a charm.
I found a solution to your problem. Not surprisingly, on Spybots own forums.
Go to START > Settings > Control Panel
Double click Add/Remove Programs, Select WildTangent ,
Click uninstall or add/remove, follow the on screen instructions.
Open the registry editor (Click Start > Run, type regedit). Locate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
In the right pane, find and delete the following entries ( if they exists):
WildTangent CDA
RUNDLL32.exe "C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll",cdaEngineMain
Back out of registry, close it, reboot and things should be clear after that.
Let me know how that works out.

It worked. I did not have it under my control panel (add/remove programs), but I did delete one file in the registry.
All gone!
Thanks!
