I have a project at work where I have to send the same email to 30 different people (the office uses Microsoft Outlook).

I have set up a distribution list but I want to keep each individual email address private from the other members of the group but whenever I have tested this (using staff email addresses not the ones I want keeping private) whoever receives the email can see all the email addresses of the other people the email was sent to.

Is there a way to stop this from happening, can it be set up so only the name of the contacts appears rather than their full email address?

Look in the email program and put a check mark on BCC. That mean Blind Carbon Copy.

When you select that function, no one can see the other email addresses the message was sent to.

smile.gif Fantastic - thank you.

Knew it would be something extremely simple. I am amazed I didn't know that wacko.gif
