i've been through the hijack this procedures a while back and everything was well and goo but now i'm having issues again my ca said i had a trojan but it removed it i can get on line but then all of a sudden ill open another tab and it freezes then it wont open and i cant do anything else so it says browser error must close so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it thats what tech said to do i have at&t yahoo dsl my little brother gets on here alot and adds programs i don't know what is what and i cant seem to weed out the issues i have defragmented cleaned disk space and everything i also have smithfraud is that any use anymore or did i mess up something i also have the yahoo online protect and zone labs

Looking back, I don't see where you finished cleaning up. So start with checking for malware causes to your problem.
Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
