Here is a link to what I'm trying to power in terms of motherboard/processor. I am going to add 2 disk drives and a primary and secondary hard drive. Is 450w enough power? Thanks.

Go HERE down the page is a link to "the truth about power supplies". It has a list of how much power is used by devices and you can figure out whether or not you need more. Just beware, if you go cheap on a PSU, it might not do what you need it to. Or it might not last very long. I prefer Antec brand but Thermaltake is another good brand.
