If i try to go to the Help and support section on my Vista Machine I get this pop up and it does not work, Can you Help?

Download, unzip and apply the reg fix posted by KA-50Hokum from this msdn thread here. (second post)

Copy and paste this into notepad. Save it as a reg file - for example help.reg

now double click the reg file and (ignore the warning if there is one) and enter it into the reg.
