hi ive been here before i have just recently downloaded a game from a cd rom i bought from target called evidence and right after i downloaded the game a white screen started popping up and i cant see nothing when i click on anything it shows up in the task bar menu as running but i cant see anything because of the white screen can you please help me out........... i have an upgraded version of windows vista from windows xp media edition 2005...........please help me i cant seem to figure this one out on my own

Is this the game you're talking about?
If it is, it's not Vista Compatable. A lot of games and apps are not right now.
You can try and run it in compatabilty mode. Navigate to the games program folder. Locate the .exe that launches the game. Right click it, select properties, click the compatability tab. Put a check in the compatability mode option and choose an OS, like XP, from the drop down list. All this is assuming the install completed. I can't really tell from your post if it did.
