Perhaps this article, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 will help.

If you login in the msn through the webpage is than the username / password accepted? Is this the official login at msn? Have you scanned this PC on malware?
lunaz
i scanned the pc with avg 7.5, spybot 1.4, ad aware personal 1.06 all updated. they all came up clean or with tracking cookies which i deleted although spybot came back with 3 entries like: microsoft.windows.securitycenterfirewall....settings, i read that they were alerts to things changing in hte security center so i told sb to exclude these. before scanning i turned on the windows firewall & got her avg so i figured that wa what changed. tongue.gif

are u saying i have to keep her logged in @ msn/hotmail web page to keep outlook from bringing that thing up? i don't like the sound of that o_o

is there anything else i should be looking for? will read those articles u posted.
fozzie
What you should try is to login with your username and password on the website to whether that is ok. Also read this
