I'm now getting desperate... whenever I'm on the Net my computer "freezes" (stops functioning and only by going <ctrl>+<alt>+<del> i.e. starting all over again, can I get a response out of my computer, but a couple of minutes later the same problem occurs.... can anyone help please ???????/

Is it the browser that freezes, or the computer?
What browser, do you use?
What version of the browser do you use?
Do you receive any error messages?
What is your Operating System (XP Home, XP Pro, etc., ....)?
How much RAM do you have (right click My Computer / select Properties / under the General tab, how many MB of RAM do you have)?
How much free space do you have on your harddrive (double click My Computer / right click C: drive / select Properties / under the General tab, Free Space)?
Have you installed any new hardware/software recently?
Have you updated, and run your antivirus?
Have you done any online virus scans?
Have you run any Spyware/Malware programs?
What Spyware/Malware programs do you use?
