when i try to start FireFox via the quick launch button on the bottom left hand side it loads a blank page,no error messages just a blank page with all my tool bar stuff as normal.
but when i load it from the start menu it is fine.
i know weird or what !
anyone got any ideas please ?

Other than one opens with a blank page and the other opens with whatever showing, are there any other differences? Are the bookmarks you have saved the same in both views?
Click on tools/ options/ general tab using both start options for Firefox. Is the information for home page "locations" the same?
